A protein packed salad great for the warmer weather. The dressing makes this salad sing - make sure you add it to get the best flavours!
Put the beans, chickpeas, cucumber, pepper and spring onion in a large bowl and gently mix together. Add the tomatoes and gently mix through.
Sprinkle over the pepper, paprika and salt, the carefully fold through. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Mix the rice vinegar, balsamic, Worcester sauce and lime juice together and add the chilli.
Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
Enjoy!
