Initially the recipes all followed the gluten free, dairy free, egg free and refined sugar free processes, but recently I have added more recipes which do include gluten and refined sugars. I will continue to post only vegan recipes.

I love to share all my tips and tricks with you to help you gain confidence, find new ideas, and provide support to assist you on your journey to becoming a better cook and baker.
