Sourcing Ingredients

Most of the ingredients which we use are readily available in your local supermarkets, greengrocers or health store. We grow a lot of our own vegetables and fruits throughout the warmer months and purchase other ingredients as and when needed. If you check out the pantry staples list, you will see products we recommend to have on hand at all times to enable you to create tasty vegan and free-from food without having to worry about what you have available.

Here are a few items which we regularly use in our recipes – several of them are in bulk as they store for a long time and it is more economical to buy in this way (you could always split your purchase with a friend or two)!
