I wished I could have been posting all week (or even just once would have been good!) I’ve missed you all! and I’ve been thinking about recipes, baking, cooking and wondering what you’re all getting up to while I’m busy beavering away!
As I’ve mentioned in my last few posts I am ridiculously busy for the next month so please bear with me whilst I only post once or so a week. My head is swimming with recipes and when I’m able to post again as often as I’d like I’m sure you’ll find loads of enticing creative ideas to have a play with!
For now, here is a delicious cake my best friend made for me 🙂 So a massive THANK YOU to her for looking after me! 🙂 It is topped with organic strawberries from my garden and it is of course Dairy free, Egg free, Gluten free (DEGF) and also refined sugar free. 🙂 It is light, crumbly, tasty and very moorish! 🙂
The recipe? It’s from here! 🙂 How cool is that! My best friend made me one of my own cakes (on a larger scale – she multiplied the recipe by three)! It was one of my earliest recipes but nonetheless delicious! Enjoy!
